By using this site or submitting an order for software, hardware or other products or services to Saga CNC, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below (also referred to as this "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and do not submit any orders for software/hardware or other products or services to this site. Any such modifications will become effective upon the date they are first posted to this site. This Agreement shall supersede any prior or subsequent terms or conditions included with any communications, agreement, purchase order, or invoice, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Saga CNC. Saga CNC reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these terms and conditions at any time without notice. All sales are final for purchases made through this website. Purchaser acknowledges OEM versions of software are intended only for resale with a new PC Hardware and purchaser assumes all liability for compliance with end user restrictions.

IF THE FOREGOING LIMITATION IS HELD TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF Saga CNC AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE, OR OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH THE Saga CNC SITES. Software and Other Products or Services Ordered through Saga CNC

The software products available for order through Saga CNC (the "Software") are distributed on behalf of various publishers ("Publishers") who own or have the rights to provide the software to you. The Software that you order through Saga CNC is subject to the terms and conditions of the end-user license agreement accompanying such Software (the "End-User License") between you and the Publisher. All of your rights and remedies with respect to your order, purchase, possession, and use of the Software are governed by the End-User License. All maintenance, update, warranty, liability, and any other obligations related to the Software ("Software Obligations"), if any shall be as provided for in the End-User License, or, if applicable, in accordance with Publishers policies and procedures. Saga CNC is not responsible for any Software Obligations, and the customer shall have no right of recourse against Saga CNC for any Software Obligations. All recourse and remedy, if any, for the Software Obligations shall be with the Publisher in accordance with the End-User License, or, if applicable, its policies and procedures.

All other products and services available for order through Saga CNC, besides the Software (the "Other Products") are distributed on behalf of third-party suppliers ("Suppliers"), unless otherwise indicated. Except for the Saga CNC Return Policy, all of your rights and remedies with respect to your order, purchase, possession, and use of the Other Products and all maintenance, update, warranty, liability, and any other obligations related to the Other Products, if any, shall be governed by the applicable policies and procedures of the Suppliers. Saga CNC is not responsible for any of the foregoing obligations, and customer shall have no right of recourse against Saga CNC for any such obligations.

United States Government Restricted Rights Legend

Use, duplication, or disclosure by the United States Government is subject to the restrictions set forth in DFARS 252.227-7013 (c)(1)(ii) and FAR 52.227-19.

Limited Warranty

We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee! If you are unsatisfied with your cutter, you may return it for a full refund (less Shipping costs in both directions).

This guarantee applies to the Saga line of vinyl cutters. It does not apply to any consumable products on this website such as blades, transfer tape,vinyl, opened vector art or any other consumable. The guarantee also doesn't include the return of Laptop Computers.

STEP #1 Call us or email us and obtain an RMA from our sales department
STEP #2 You must return the vinyl cutter in its ORIGINAL box in new condition with all ORIGINAL packing with all accessories, stand, blades, manual, blade holder, pen holder and any other items that came with your cutter.
STEP #3 You must INSURE your cutter for the price you paid for it and ship it PREPAID FREIGHT with the RMA number on the outside of the box back to us. If you do not place the RMA number on the outside of the box your package WILL BE REFUSED. If the cutter arrives damaged, you may incur some costs resulting from the damage that will be deducted from your refund.
STEP #4 We will inspect your cutter when it arrives to verify all contents and damage. If there is no damage we will refund you the way it was originally paid for the item less shipping costs and or damage.

A restocking fee ofup to 20% for items not returned in new condition, if not packed in original packing material and box, missing packing materials, no RMA, Vinyl, Transfer tape, Vector art, heat transfer,heat presses, blades and other consumables are not returnable or refundable unless approved in advance with an RMA.

If the cutter arrives in anything other than the original box or is improperly packed and is damaged you will need to open a claim with your carrier to get you refund. You must pack everything together like you received it or damage may occur.

If you have thrown your original box away along with packing you may order a box and packing material from us for $69 (including shipping the empty box and packing to you - 48 states ground)

All our cutters purchased from SagaCNC come with a standard 12 month parts replacement warranty unless otherwise noted. We warranty ORIGINAL purchaser only. You must provide proof of ownership to receive warranty parts or tech support. This warranty IS NOT transferable for any reason. We do verify every customer who requests parts or support.

Software warranty and support:

- 30 day software installation help for 1 computer install only. If you choose to install software on another computer there may be a charge of $50 per hour prepaid. We will get the cutter cutting with your computer only.
- We will only help you with software support for the software that came with your cutter only no exceptions.
- If you wish support on any other software package that did not come with your cutter you may purchase phone support at hourly rate of $50 per hour prepaid. We do not guarantee we can get the software working with any other software product and support is non refundable.
- Customers with computers that have viruses, spyware, Trojans will need to get computer fixed first before we can attempt to get your cutter going. We do not repair these issues.
- Customers must have a working USB port on the computer in order to receive support.
- If you require assistance on software that didn't come with your cutter you will need to contact the software vendor for support.

- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, dings, scrapes
- Damage to your computer, accessories or other equipment
- Screws, screw holes

We will ship the replacement part to you prepaid freight. We do not cover labor costs to install item. We do offer phone support to help you install your replacement part. If you wish to return the cutter for warranty repair you must pay for shipping in both directions. We will repair your cutter for free under warranty or replace the product with another repaired product if yours is not repairable.

Any replacement parts purchased from us comes with a 30 day warranty (shipping costs not covered).

If a part is defective and under warranty you will need to return it prepaid and insured to us. After we receive the part we will ship the replacement part back to you. If you do not wish to wait for the part to arrive to us first you may put a deposit down for the part via credit card of $50 per part ordered/warrantied and will ship out replacement part asap. When we receive the defective part back to us we will refund the deposit back to you. There are no exceptions to this policy even if under warranty. This deposit policy helps us get the part back from you to determine the failure and get credit from the manufacturer. This helps keep costs down for everyone and get better more reliable products to the consumer. All replacement parts under warranty are shipped ground, no exceptions. If you wish to pay for upgraded shipping service we can do that for you.

Your warranty period starts from the day you ordered your item not the day you received it. Your warranty ends 12 months after this date or if otherwise noted.

Any vinyl cutters purchased from 3rd party vendors are warranted by that 3rd party vendor only. You must contact the vendor you purchased it from for warranty support.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Saga CNC's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Saga CNC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled you will receive a prompt refund credit to your account. Saga CNC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Saga CNC is a re-seller to other re-seller customers and does not accept orders for OEM software from end users, or other customers who intend not to resell the products offered by Saga CNC. Price and availability of Software and other products and services offered on Saga CNC sites are subject to change without prior notice. To the extent we provide information on availability of Software or other products, you should not rely on such information. Saga CNC will not be liable for any lack of availability of Software or other products you may order through Saga CNC.

Shipping Policy

We use a variety of shippers including but not limited to FedEx, UPS and USPS. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of order placement. Part of your order may be drop shipped directly to you from one of our supply chain partners. In the case of stock outs, we will make every attempt to contact you to reconcile your order with your needed delivery date.

Payment Policy

Failure to pay for any part of your order will result in your warranty and software codes to be voided.


Price Matching Policy

We will match any advertised price when possible. Comparable pricing will include all costs such as shipping, import fees, duties, tariffs, etc. Comparable price to match must be available to everyone and not special to the individual customer. We must be able to see the comparable price without logging into a competitors web site and adding a product to a cart. Titan cutter matching is specific to US based companies only.
