The Saga reseller program is straightforward and allows partners an easy and risk-free sales channel.

Warranty and repair:

• Tech support handled by Saga.
• 30 day money back guarantee for cutter
• 5 year warranty for parts and repair labor
• 120 days free cutter swap shipping on replacement units if needed (continental US only). We only swap cutters, not the stands.
• In the event the cutter needs service, we will troubleshoot with remote technical support. We will send spare parts via USPS as needed and enable the customer to repair their cutter.
• Blades, cutting strips, pinch roller wheels, blade holders are considered wear parts and not covered under warranty. Scratches on deckplates and other normal cosmetic wear excluded.
• In the event the cutter cannot be serviced remotely and it needs to be brought in for service the customer is responsible for shipping in both directions after 120 days. We highly recommend saving the packaging for the cutter for as long as possible in the event that the cutter needs to be shipped.
• Once we receive the cutter, we will repair it, clean it, test it at no charge.
• In the extremely unlikely event that the cutter cannot be repaired, we will replace the unit with another same or better refurbished or new model at our discretion.

• Reseller receives a demo cutter, software and training, likely a 24” Saga stepper unit.
• Drop ship order placement directly through www.SagaCNC.us web portal.
• Drop ship direct from SagaCNC USA, no inventory carrying requirements.
• Software supported includes plug ins for Corel Draw, Illustrator
• DragonCut (preferred solution), VinylMaster, SCAL, SignCut and Flexi.
• Tint software supported: FilmCut, Core, TintTek20/20 and several others.
• Reseller receives 30 day terms.

• Cutters are made in China by Saga CNC and are supplied as Saga branded product. Custom branding for the reseller can be made available.
• Geographic range of the US, Canada and Mexico.
• No MAP pricing currently.

• Sale surrender policy in the event that customer tries to purchase direct.
